After more than 30 hours of intensive investigation, police in Binh Minh Commune, Ninh Binh Province, arrested Ngo Van Quynh.

On September 26, Binh Minh Commune Police received a report of a robbery in Kim Hai 13 Hamlet.
The victim was identified as D.T.D., a 91-year-old woman who lives alone, Vietnamese detectives.
Upon receiving the report, police determined that the case was serious and that the suspect had acted brazenly.
